The rogue agents had abducted Cipher and crashed in Montequinto, a fictional Central American country. Upon joining Dom's team to investigate, Ramsey helps search the wreckage where they find part of Project Aries, a device capable of hacking into any computer weapons system. When Jakob Toretto leads a private army to ambush them, Ramsey remains with the group as Michael Stasiak helps them escape to a safe house at the Caspian Sea. Her role expands significantly when Tej and Roman travel to Germany to recruit Sean Boswell while she accompanies Dom to London and later Edinburgh. There, amidst high-stakes confrontations, she proves her worth not just by coding but by taking command of physical vehicles during combat.

The action in *F9* places Ramsey directly in the line of fire during a chaotic sequence in Edinburgh. While Tej and Roman locate the truck containing an electromagnet used by Jakob to steal the second half of Project Aries, they are forced to fight Otto's men. In a pivotal moment, Ramsey commandeers the truck to chase after Otto, joining the fray alongside her teammates. Later, as Dom intercepts Jakob in a city-wide confrontation, Ramsey executes a decisive maneuver: she runs Jakob's car off the road and uses the captured electromagnet to capture him. Her technical skills remain central to the plot's resolution; when Mr. Nobody's former associate Han Lue reveals that Elle's DNA is the biometric activation key for Aries, Ramsey works alongside the team to stop Otto and Cipher from uploading the program to a satellite. In the climax in Tbilisi, while Tej and Roman reach orbit to destroy the satellite using a rocket car, Ramsey supports the ground assault on the armored truck moving through the city.
